Refund & Return Policy – Inspire Ink Creations

At Inspire Ink Creations, we provide digital marketing, web design, and branding services. As our services are digital in nature and we do not deal in any physical products, we do not have a return policy applicable to our services. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund request is necessary. Please carefully review our refund terms below:
1. Advance Payment and Project Initiation
- After the advance payment is made, the client has a window of 30 days to initiate the project. If the client does not proceed with the project within this period, the commercial terms may be revised, and the project may be suspended without any refund.
2. Non-Refundable Payments
- If a project is terminated or suspended by either party for any reason, any payments made up to that point are non-refundable.
3. Refund on Digital Marketing Ads Budget
- In the case of digital marketing projects that are terminated or suspended, the ads budget will be refunded within 60 days from the date of termination or suspension. Refunds will only apply to unused funds that have been allocated for ads, and the amount refunded will be based on the actual balance remaining in the ads account.
4. Digital Marketing 3-Month Locking Period
- Locking Period: All digital marketing contracts require a 3-month locking period. This means that once a digital marketing service is initiated, the client is committed to the service for at least 3 months.
- No Refund for Locking Period Violations: If you violate the terms of the locking period by canceling or suspending the service before the 3 months are completed, no refund will be granted.
5. FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) Fee for Early Termination of Digital Marketing Services
- If you terminate or suspend a digital marketing service before the 3-month locking period is over, you will be charged a 20% Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) fee on the outstanding balance.
- Outstanding service fees will not be refunded in case of early termination. The FTE fee is intended to cover the operational costs and time invested by the team in providing the service.
6. Payment Disputes
- Any payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of the payment date. After 30 days, we may not be able to provide refunds or adjustments for any issues or discrepancies.
7. No Return on Services
- As we provide digital services, there are no returns applicable to any services rendered, including but not limited to website designs, digital marketing campaigns, SEO, branding, and any other services offered by Inspire Ink Creations.
8. Changes to the Refund Policy
- We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the Effective Date will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund terms.
